What is a Birth Doula?
A person who provides emotional support and physical comfort measures during birth. Educates and informs the laboring mother on best practices and helps preserve the birth experience.
What is a Postpartum Doula?
A person who is well versed in the common flow of the postpartum period a.k.a “The fourth Trimester” and provides nurturing care to the entire family.
